LUXURY PARTY & EVENT PLANNING CONSULTING
TypicaLife also provides consulting and coordination for private parties and special events.
We work with clients to develop the concept, atmosphere and logistics of an event and, where included in the agreed scope, assist in identifying and coordinating appropriate independent suppliers.
Our objective is to create a personalized plan in which the venue, design, entertainment, hospitality and guest experience work together coherently.
Every engagement is customized according to the Client’s requirements.
DESTINATION EVENTS
TypicaLife may provide planning, consulting and coordination assistance for events in selected destinations in:
UNITED STATES
and
ITALY, including:
Milan • Florence • Rome • Naples • Calabria • Sicily
Availability and scope depend upon the individual engagement.
Destination-event services may involve independent venues, hotels, transportation companies, caterers, photographers, entertainment providers and other suppliers.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, these suppliers are independent third-party providers and are responsible for the services they provide.

The scope and inclusions of the Base Consulting Service are determined according to the Client’s requirements and the written service description, proposal or confirmation provided by TypicaLife.

A service engagement becomes accepted only when TypicaLife expressly confirms acceptance.

IMPORTANT — NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
TypicaLife provides consulting, advisory, planning and coordination services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, TypicaLife is not the hotel, venue, caterer, transportation company, airline, private aviation operator, photographer, security company, entertainment provider or other independent supplier recommended or coordinated in connection with an event.
Independent providers establish their own prices, availability, contracts, cancellation policies and service conditions.
Where the Client contracts directly with an independent provider, that agreement is between the Client and the applicable provider.
TypicaLife’s consulting or coordination fee is separate from third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY AVAILABILITY
Recommendations and planning assistance are based upon information and availability reasonably known at the time.
TypicaLife cannot guarantee the availability, acceptance, pricing or performance of a particular independent venue, supplier or professional.
If a preferred provider becomes unavailable, TypicaLife may assist the Client in identifying alternative options within the agreed scope of services.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information reasonably necessary for the planning engagement and for reviewing and approving material decisions, budgets, suppliers and arrangements presented to them.
Where applicable, Clients remain responsible for entering into and complying with contracts they execute directly with independent providers.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund conditions applicable to this service are governed by the service-specific proposal or confirmation and TypicaLife’s current Terms and Conditions & Service Policies.
Once TypicaLife has accepted an engagement and begun consulting, research, planning, customization or coordination work, some or all fees may become non-refundable where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
Third-party providers may have separate deposit, cancellation and refund policies applicable to services purchased directly from them.

Purchase and use of this service are subject to the complete TypicaLife Terms and Conditions & Service Policies, including provisions concerning prior approval, service acceptance, payments, cancellations, independent third-party providers, limitations of liability, force majeure, privacy and applicable Florida law.
The Terms and Conditions made available on the TypicaLife website form part of the applicable agreement.
In the event of a conflict between this product description and specifically agreed written terms for an individual engagement, the specifically agreed terms will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
